Shipping Information

HandheldBirds.com makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of order. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with further details. Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the product you ordered and the shipping method you chose during checkout.

Shipping charges vary by place and shipping method-please see below. Shipping and handling (S&H) in U.S. dollars will be added to your order when you check out. Our shipping rates include the cost of customer service, processing, and shipping.

Standard Delivery:
Shipments will be sent via UPS Ground except for orders shipped to Canada which will be shipped via USPS. Please refer to chart below for delivery time and rates.
U.S. Addresses: Please allow 5-7 days for delivery within the continental U.S. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Canadian Addresses: Shipments will arrive within two weeks. Please add $5.00 to the U.S. Standard Delivery Rate. Standard Delivery Rates U.S. Standard Delivery (5-7 days)

Express Delivery:

We offer overnight and two-day service in the U.S. on all orders received by 12 noon central time. Shipments will be sent via UPS. Please refer to chart below for delivery time and rates. U.S. Addresses-2-Day Delivery: We offer 2-day service in the U.S. on all orders received by 12 noon central time. Shipments will be sent UPS 2-day service for an additional $9.95. Canadian Addresses: Shipments will arrive within 3-4 days via UPS. Additional duty charges may apply.
