Packaged Software and Hardware

You may return unopened packaged software and/or bundled products for a refund, exchange or credit (minus shipping and handling charges) for 30 days after purchase. This policy applies only to packaged software purchased directly from www.handheldbirds.com. Refunds will be credited directly back to the card used for purchase. Software products purchased at a retail store or another e-commerce site are subject to the return policy of that respective retailer or e-commerce site.
