Shipping Information

HandheldBirds.com makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of order. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with further details. Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the product you ordered and the shipping method you chose during checkout.

Shipping charges vary by place and shipping method-please see below. Shipping and handling (S&H) in U.S. dollars will be added to your order when you check out. Our shipping rates include the cost of customer service, processing, and shipping. 1.5 pounds will be added to all shipping computations for packing materials.

Shipping rates are computed as follows:
Shipping cost + 10% of shipping cost (packaging) + 1% of purchase total over $100 (insurance) + $10 (for orders to Canada)

Standard Delivery:

Shipments will be sent via UPS Ground. Please refer to chart below for delivery time and rates.
U.S. Addresses: Please allow 5-7 days for delivery within the continental U.S. Please allow up to 12 days for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Canadian Addresses: We add $10.00. Though Canadian Standard Delivery is listed as 10-14 days. These times often underestimate the actual shipping times for international shipments.

Express Delivery:

We offer overnight and two-day service in the U.S. on all orders received by 12 noon central time. Shipments will be sent via UPS.
U.S. Addresses-2-Day Delivery: We offer 2-day service in the U.S. on all orders received by 12 noon central time. Shipments will be sent UPS 2-day service
U.S. 2-Day Delivery (orders must be received by 12 noon central time)

Overnight Delivery:

U.S. Addresses: We offer overnight delivery in the U.S. on all orders received by 12 noon central time.
Shipping Restrictions: We regret that licensing restrictions prohibit us from shipping our products outside the U.S. and Canada.
